What type of Toner and Ink that you sell in this store ?
We sell both the original genuine printer toners, remanufactured toners
and compatible toners at this store. All our original genuine printer toner originated from Original Toner manufacturer such as HP, Canon, Lexmark, Konica Minolta, Samsung, Panasonic, Ricoh, Fuji Xerox and more. We do not sell the so called original toner come from unknown source.
What happen if the remanufactured toner that I purchased is defective ?
All remanufactured toner sell at this store gone through stringent quality control process and it is very unlikely that you will receive toner that is defective. In the event that there is some printing issue with the toner, we will replace a new remanufactured toner for you as long as you are able to send back the said defective toner to us.
What is remanufactured printer toner cartridge?
Remanufactured cartridges or Recycled Toner Cartridge make use of the used original cartridges that have been through one cycle of service and have been disassembled, cleaned, and refilled. What happen if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?
Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 4 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.

Orders received will be processed immediately. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination address.
